The cadre is beautiful and soo authentic Carouge.  I love the Carouge quartier and its ambience though this is first time eating at Caf&eacute; Negociants.  I will certainly come back bext time I am in Geneva. My guest were from Vevey and they loved it.

Great burger. Service was great.Went after a footie match and it&rsquo;s where the fans drink after the game do hot a bit fractious with the beers!

We took a vegetarian dinner menu with Wine pairing It was good&hellip;.but Interesting association of elements in the plates but not aways harmonious&hellip; they were certainly beautiful looking, but perhaps they need to improve the texture harmonization&hellip;? We went on a date to La Huchette it&rsquo;s a wonderful cozy restaurant in the heart of carouge. We sat by the fire, had our meat grilled in front of us and the experience was both romantic and delicious- I can only recommend!

It&rsquo;s a very nice Italian restaurant must try in Geneva. A bit busy during the weekend but worth the wait. Book in advance to make sure you get a table!

The snails are one of the best we&rsquo;ve had, a twist from the usual version but extremely well seasoned! We ordered another one immediately after we finished our first one. Service was also nice and friendly.

It&#39;s like the loyal old dog of eateries &ndash; dependable, no surprises, and charming in its steadfast ways.

Amazing service, softest braised pork cheeks I&rsquo;ve ever eaten and a nice cozy place with an easy to access location.
